Anybody else get this, but then find no trace of it mentioned in-game? Is it some kind of insidious message??

I know that if you’re inactive for about a month. You get a welcome back Hero. Caine, Heckler and Mandrake are some of the heroes I’ve gotten. But those were my alt accounts.
