# Gauntlet mode freezes my game!

Please help!!! I have been playing HH for about a month now and have not played gauntlet mode because it freezes my game. Everything I touch on the gauntlet screen shows the message “locked”. Even the back button… how can I fix this?

I guess you have already tried reinstalling the the game? If not, do so, and if the probelm is still there definitely contact Customer Service who are helpful actually.
