For people who have completed the full gauntlet more than a certain amount of times (maybe 20+ times), gauntlet should be available to quick win. Once you can easily complete this feature it is just a time sink. For players who are busier this makes no sense and most games that follow this format (like Star Wars, Heroes Charge et cet.) allow you to quick win.
