Her abilities were buffed, but her offensive modifier was nerfed a bit, which lowered her overall power. ---

I have harbinger at lvl99 ruby. Basic damage reduced 10,484 elemental damage increased 1,886. Overall power reduced 1,353 weapon damage dropped 8;266. Weapon Dps dropped 8,598. Nano swarm increased 1,206 damage per sec, queen bee increased 1,657 damage per second. So yes nerf nothing balanced out… and I do not see that ER skills damage was increased just changed the time on skill descriptions. ---

It’s closer to a rework than a buff/nerf. Her abilities are better but her overall power and basic attack damage was lowered. Seems to be a better balance imo. ---

But vinter if we were to call it a rework then elemental damage should have increased more which would have caused skills to increase. Or her cooldown should have decreased on skills. Her gain for 7 seconds of skill for both skills at same time would be 20,041 damage But in same 7 seconds she does 60,186 less weapon damage than before. And that decrease from weapon damage is entire time. ---

Hmmm would not call it a better balance, this is obviously a nerf. She is basically a glass cannon hero, she is so fragile that she dies in mere seconds in PVP. Her basic attack matters way more than her skills, not to mention she shines in bounty hunt and war with high overall power. Not saying she is bad now, my point is, no need to pretend this update is to “balance things out” for her. ---

I don’t think that only UAF can do the bounty, why don’t you add some another faction with them ---

Again why Guys why is Kurtz silver skill not working like he used to ? Receive a 1 million plus life when you use the skill ? His life stays the same Plus Ifrit platinum skill is supposed to revive heros that doesn’t kill 1 enemy after some time. It’s not working anymore. What is going on ? ---

As we’ve said before: any bug reports should go to support. Most of what’s been reported on the forum in the last few days has apparently been occurring for a while, yet barely any of those issues have been turned into support tickets. I can’t stress how important that is. Just because you talk about it to other players doesn’t mean the developers have been made aware and have collected all the info needed to resolve an issue. Check the forum rules. The guidelines are extremely clear. This topic is about the Ursus update. Move all discussion of potential bugs into support tickets. Follow all instructions, and don’t get angry at support for gathering the info we request them to gather. ---

As I said before – I send ticket to support too. But as usually their firs actions it’s make this issue like my guilty, lol. Check your Internet, change your device, update the game, etc. I often don’t have to send anything bug report in support because all of this. And look like not I alone. Be more friendly. ---

Support gives set responses as if they had to give personalised responses for every ticket then nothing would ever get done. Don’t mistake their response for not doing anything, they give you that response but they also grab the data that is needed to act on those issues. That response is just meant to be a catch all which may provide a solution. Just because it may not look like they are doing anything, does NOT MEAN support IS not doing anything. ---

I sent several bug reports or issues to support and never got any response that sounded like it was my fault. And they were always friendly. 🤷‍♂️ ---

The dynamic feature crate sounded good. But what I’ve seen is a lower chance of getting the feature hero and no real increase in the getting the very few heroes that aren’t already 10 star of mine. ---
