Hello developers,

.Since joining the alliance [AEIOU] I am in today I have not received the big alliance war award related to ranking and I do not know why

This is the second time this issue has happened to me.

Please check my account:

Username: MUSLIM 1

Team Level: 88

I was waiting for the reward to help develop my account.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Best regards,

Clarification: When I changed the alliance, I did not receive it. I thought that when I changed, the prizes did not include me because I was no longer in the same alliance. I want compensation and a solution to this problem.
