# Team leader inactive more then a month :(

Hi,
I am asking for help with our team, despite that our Leader is off for more then 4 weeks we are still pretty active and alive, we have contacted support for help, but they refused.
We do not want to found a new team, because in this case always some people would get lost.
Is there a way to change a Leader? I do hope for your help, since this is what the Support is for, really do not understand why they refused…
Please help us keeping playing!

Yeah this really shouldn’t be a problem for Support to be taken care of. The Commander should be demoted with the next highest ranking and active officer taking their place.
I have had to have this done in other games with no problems at all.
