Yesterday we all started noticing VIP chat going back to normal gradually. We have confirmation from the game team now that the situation has been resolved!

It’s true that this issue didn’t directly affect your gameplay in a major way, but we acknowledge that indirectly, it prevented your regular co-op experience in-game. We’re discussing the potential compensation for the down time and I will keep you posted on the matter when I have further details.

We’d like to thank you for your patience during this period! 🙏
