I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the recent issues you’ve encountered, particularly with Alina’s crates. This was our first hero release managed entirely in-house, and we are still fine-tuning our processes for major updates.
We have noted your feedback about the crate issue and fully understand your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, not all procedures for releasing new heroes are explicitly defined, which led to this oversight.
I would also like to clarify our new approach to hero releases: going forward, new heroes will not be introduced with every major update, but will be released periodically.
Regarding the resolution for Alina’s crates, we are diligently working on a solution for next week but do not yet have details on how this will affect the ongoing event. We will provide more information as soon as possible.
