Why are the Keir crates still available?
Why aren’t there any Alina crates? Why isn’t Alina in the Most Wanted crate?

Can answer on your 2nd question - new hero feature crate and step up crate always become available on the Thursday (at reset) after update.
For the rest we have to wait for SC to acknowledge, the MW crate one doesn’t seem to be intended.
