Yall really need to do better . Only 1 event this week? Plus another month in between war? We are used to 1 week off in between war seasons. This has gotten ridiculous. UNACCEPTABLE!

I second this. The war not for another month? Is ridiculous. It’s supposed to be a season of war a month with 3 wars total. Beginning of month first week break. Last 3 weeks war and season concludes. Just because a company takes over a game doesn’t mean you start to do things differently. The player base is as good as it is from your predecessor. Take notes. Imagine buying out a game only to lose all of your players because you’re too lazy to keep up with the way it’s been done. I understand wanting to implement more skins instead of new hero’s I guess, but on top of no war, the only event we have is a damn skin coop raid? Nothing for PvP nothing for alliance. Y’all need to figure out what you’re doing at supercharge and fix it. I think it’s real funny how yall can put new feature crates and new bundles to purchase them, but no daily log in event? Nothing. Do better supercharge before your lose your players and the game dies

No, it wasn’t completely. It was running. But nowadays, players quitting game, not caring to online because there is nothing to do in game.
What game is all about? To have fun… But nowadays There is no fun to play this game.

There was a pretty sizeable exodus with the long layover from HH to DECA. SuperCharge starting to feel more like a company letting the game tread water. Queen B skin, really? Why not the mythic at least? I have it already but I’m sure there are plenty that don’t, and the skin is already made, required no effort. It’s like the previous Stygia event. Someone else already did the work.

Your “new approach to releases” is a mistake. All you’ll accomplish is to push players away.
The coops are getting real old, especially when you have coop events using the same map. Switch it up at least or create new maps.
Also the amout of PvP events screams lack of creativity and unwillingness to put time into keeping the game fresh for existing players. Despite what you might think, these events won’t tide us over between new releases and the occasional new heroes.
I cannot imagine how this new approach will draw or keep new players. Make the time to create new heroes and creative skins. Will we ever see new “normal”, “hard”, or “extreme” campaigns? Will we ever see new maps for Bounty? Are you planning to continue doing holiday events for Easter, Halloween, and Christmas?
Lastly - you’ve turned this forum into a ghost town. Where is the engagement with the community? Where are the responses and acknowledgement of people creating new posts?
I miss @Deca_Willow so much.

The game has reached the common “life support” phase where the game is kept alive to bring in revenue while there is zero to little hope of new contents for players. It’s a thing for many old running online mobile games before they eventually hit End of Service.
The game is only now a shell of it former self.

I will be more careful in future while installing a game that whose owner of that game… If it is supercharge, I won’t install it at all. They suck at customer service
