We know some of you have been wondering—“Where are the events this week!?” Yeah… about that.
Truth is, things have been a little wild behind the scenes. We ran into some pretty gnarly issues with the 9.5 update, and that’s why a few of the events that were supposed to launch this week haven’t started yet. Not ideal, we know.
Some of the update settings were just not playing nice—things weren’t syncing, features weren’t behaving, and honestly, the whole thing needed a solid tune-up. We didn’t want to drop a buggy update on you, so the team hit pause, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work fixing it all up the right way.
The good news? We’re almost there. We’re aiming to have Update 9.5 out by tomorrow—guaranteed.
We really appreciate your patience while we got everything back in shape. This community means a ton to us, and we want to make sure every update runs smooth.

Transparency is necessary if the game is to continue, and this is coming a bit late after so many questions arose without answers for a few days now. Even as someone who left the game and community I was able to hear about how “bad it had gotten” and many felt “forgotten” during this period of silence. All I suggest is that you be a bit more quick to addressing issues such as this, it will make things a lot easier if this game is to go forward.
I’ve also heard there are multiple inconsistencies and bugs within the pushed out updates, and I recommend you rent this if it’s indeed the case. From what I’ve heard through the vine, some events didn’t start (if they were apart of the delayed update then it makes sense, happened plenty of times with deca when I was around) and some crates don’t have rewards they apparently should or % chances were inconsistent with past %s.
Being transparent directly on what issues you faced as well would be nice to hear about and make things more understandable for the community I reckon. Just an idea, I’m sure it couldn’t hurt.
(And when I said y’all should add more western heroes I did not mean one that’s a furry )
Can supercharge finally roll out something that has their own footprint on it something like bounty or just change up the bounty rewards make it fresher bigger rewards more fun and please fix the hero rewards as alot of is not been getting the new hero nerris and its heading that way for justine and few older heroes and its impossible not to get them with 6 accounts might be a bug please look into it
