the original design scum is well father. I do not know why his Skin did not make it official. If they do, make it legendary.

I agree. This skin looks pretty cool.
There are 2 choices:
- Make this a legendary skin
- Make this a rare skin
What would you choose?
I would choose rare due to his skills are pretty good, tho is there legendary skins with a replacing gold ability?
