How to get SERIAL hero?

When im playing PVP i saw my opponent using SERIAL hero,but i look at every crate they are no possibility to get SERIAL hero…when i press serial hero(find fragment for serial) it came out nothing.so how is it possible to get Serial hero?:pleading_face::pleading_face::pleading_face::pleading_face:!

Wait, like everyone is doing, bots have been enabled to use any hero unreleased like Serial. For future refrence, if a player has: no alliance, can’t be searched up, and/or using an unreleased hero, then it’s a bot, case closed.

Serial can only be obtained by collecting his fragments which are available only as war rewards. At this point in time, if you face off against a Serial, it means that you are playing against a bot.

Some ways to tell whether you are playing a bot.

  1. Heroes are all extremely balanced by their power
  2. The player is not in an alliance
  3. The players profile picture is one of the Heroes in their lineup.
  4. The name of the player is “gamer-ish” and can’t be searched.
  5. The hero lineup uses 1-2 healers, 1-2 dps heroes, and a 5th support hero.

Not to mention the ‘player’ controlled hero can run from one side of the map to the other, and they can also ‘control’ clones

Other ways… you 99% of the time will beat a npc account…

Not yet, he will be coming to the 7* crate eventually but the devs haven’t disclosed when that will be
