How to make Carabina good or be useful in PVP?
Any good team or combo for her?
Her strength is in bounties tied with one the lightning twins and Krieger. That combo is likely the best case scenario plus healers/shielders to keep her alive until her silver goes off. However, if you play that way I think Siren would be a better match.

In pvp you make it so she’s not targeted first in team then her silver skill continues to kill a hero one at a time. It can’t be stopped not even if she is stunned or staggered.

For pvp she is best played with good support for early match. Like Phalanx. Heimlock. Flatline or callidus even
Best way to use her is by placing markers on tanky heroes. Stacking up damage and ultimately using your silver. It is still the best point and click ability
Verill can do more damage with his. But it’s basically a buff and not a point and click ability
Though i have to say. She excels most at bounty and anything that involves bosses
