I started to play this game this morning
and the mission tell me to open the box,
ITS CAN NOT OPEN (・Д・)ノ
I try to reopen the app and download again on App Store,
But it’s still give me the same screen ಥ_ಥ

Also just started and having the same issue. I’m also stuck on the gold crate screen and it won’t let me exit!

@Djk1492 @mochi if you look at the above screenshot, you see under the gold box there is a yellow glowing button that says collect or something like that. rather then clicking Open at the bottom you should try clicking on the glowing button and it should work

I already click that button and it still doesn’t work

The only thing I can think of is try to start the game again, as you said you only just started to play so delete the game and re download it to create a new account, this may solve your problem, it would seem you are stuck in a loop where the beginning of the game requires you to unlock a crate to get a new hero. Try starting again and that may fix your problem, best of luck
