Sorry, I guess should have been more clear. He goes another month without any meaningful nerfs. Execute was completely untouched and that’s where most of his power lies. The Dominate duration nerf barely mattered since it usually will break before the full duration anyways. Ruthless leader received a small-ish 5% damage reduction and it was nerfed.
Meanwhile you nerfed Shiv into oblivion and now she will join the ranks of all the other never used, over nerfed heroes. All of her power comes from Prison Riot, and without being able to get a kill it will never trigger. Good luck getting a kill with longer reloads, slower rate of fire, and HALF the pellet count.

Pretty sure they waited to nerf Shivs for confirmation I quit playing. Done and done.
I for one am not a huge PvP player, but I think I will be now! 
One question though… if your battling on Railway Rampage, and a ally or an enemy gets lifted, what would happen? Would they fly of to the left/right if the train is still moving?

They would have Relative Velocity and keep up with the train.
It’s like if you drive a car and drop something it still falls straight down, or if you toss it up it stays up in the same spot.

New heroes isn’t so great. Yet, good old heroes getting nerfed to the grown. Pvp is simply out match due to over crowd Mythic league

People still pay money for heroes? People can just grind the coop event if they can’t nor don’t want to pay for a new hero

Shivs was almost only one solid, cheap and easy counter for Kurtz. Now Kurtz became into unstopable menace for many players again. And when this players is glad to what happens with her it’s really disappointed, lol.
So excited to play in new maps. It will be a glad to see a duel with RUBY heroes , we can choose grade as RUBY for some players at level 90 -93 , it will be good for them to decide whom to ruby
