We want to sincerely apologize for the recent issues involving the King Fish Offer and the confusion it caused.
Here’s what happened
The offer was supposed to grant 1,000 King Fish Tokens for 500 Gold, allowing players to open 5 King Fish Skin Crates.
However, due to a configuration error, players received 1,000 Commander Feature Tokens instead, tokens for a crate that isn’t live yet. These tokens weren’t supposed to be available, and the crate they’re meant for wasn’t ready to be used.
Where things got confusing
We attempted to clarify the difference in token use between the two crates in previous messages and guide you to possible solutions but, our explanation added to the confusion instead of resolving it and for that, we are truly sorry.
-
The Commander Crate has a very different token-to-crate ratio: 1 token = 1 crate, while The King Fish Crate’s ratio is 200 token = 1 crate
-
The 1:100 conversion rate suggestion was misleading. Players received 1,000 wrong tokens instead of 1,000 right ones. So numerically, a 1:1 replacement was the correct approach, not 1:100.
Second attempt to correct
An apology message with:
-
Bonus rewards to thank players for their patience
-
A manual refund option for those who wanted Gold back
And
- The correct King Fish Tokens to replace the wrong ones
But we messed up again
The refund request volume became overwhelming. And we know many players were left confused, frustrated, or feeling unsure about what to do. That’s not how we want your experience to be.
So our final fix about this matter is:
We’re refunding Gold to everyone who purchased the offer, regardless of whether you contacted us or not (The fix takes a little time to process, so the Gold won’t appear immediately—but rest assured, it’s on the way and will be delivered soon).
The Commander Feature Crate is being postponed for a few days to prevent further issues.
Our message to you:
We know this was messy. The offer was wrong. The explanation was unclear. The fix was slow. We own all of that—and we’re truly sorry.
We’ve learned a lot from this situation, and we’re taking steps to improve how we communicate and manage errors moving forward. Our commitment is to fairness and a great player experience.
Thank you for your patience, your feedback, and your continued support.
