New Hero: Colonel Wesson

They’re probably just going to pick another fully developed faction to feature, such as the Magistrates or Watch.

I dunno about that. His plat skill has the UAF logo so I would assume he is UAF, or Airborne at the least. His other skills seems to signify he will be DPS. The bronze cross hairs is probably some kind of lock on targeting shot for high damage, and the gold is some sorta of damage booster (same icon for Kunoichi and Savage’s, though his will be a passive increase). No clue what the silver skill is, some sort of activated AoE bombardment for damage to all enemies on the field or in a certain area?

At any rate I would bet he is energy.

He is UAF, but thats why im saying they’ll probably use a fully developed Faction (He’s also a mech).

Ahh, gotcha. Ya, there are only a few factions left that haven’t been the monthly focus yet. Magistrates, Shoremen, Rangers, etc. so I would assume one of them will be the next focus. They might just throw Wesson in with them as one of spot light heroes even though he isn’t the same faction.

Rangers and shoremen are lackluster in heroes. More likely to be watch or Mags.

He is the first hero who can change his faction in the battlefield i think.
He may have all three kind of weapons and abilities (Bio, Mech and Energy).

Doubt it. Too much dynamic change and they’re on thin ice now they’ve created 2 meta breaking heroes. Probably going to be a regular guy, with regular attacks.

Also his plat is called “LOYALTY”, which doesn’t imply changing factions.

There’s also 3* on the unveiling picture.

How do you know what the Platinum skill is called?

Since we have absolutely zip to go on aside from that one picture, I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess his skills from each of the icons shown.

Bronze - “Neck Shot”. Colonel Wesson’s achilles heel is his neck. Enemies that get a neck-shot on Colonel Wesson gain 1000% damage. However, his neck is protected by a too-heavy collar so it won’t be easy.

Silver: “Emergency Dropoff”: Colonel Wesson summons a passenger aircraft to aid him in battle. Damages enemies by dropping off its passengers before picking him up from battle and transporting him to safety.

Gold: “Fire thingy”: Accidents happen. From time to time Colonel Wesson catches fire because of his malfunctioning mechanical leg or his assault rifle which happens to have a silly and functionally useless bayonet with 3 holes in it.

Platinum: “Loyalty”: Colonel Wesson has served the UAF all his life. This passive skill gives him a corner office with a view, couple of badges and a generous pension.

Seeing how things have gone the last two months, his silver skill probably drops bombs on the field, doing 150-200k unavoidable damage per enemy. People will sink tons of cash to buy him and get easy wins like with Panzer and Ifrit since he will be insanely OP.

His bronze looks weak, like he’s firing off a nerf gun. Cause there’s nothing more inspiring then watching your commander lead the charge with a nerf gun.

I always took his silver as a carpet bomb, but that’s a really interesting way to put it!

I always took his gold as a sort of Inspire… probably increases the stats of all allies when outnumbered.

His plat, loyalty, I speculated was that he boosted all allying UAF and UAFA troops and debuffed all enemy UAF and UAFA troops.

It would be so funny if a plane dropped in like 5 UAF red shirts. One healer, one stun sniper, one machine gunner, and 2 armors/shielders. It might be too OP for PvP, but when did that ever stop HHG (kidding). Maybe the number starts at 1 drop, but increases at heroes go down.

I had a theory about the Platinum skill earlier:
When Wesson dies he summon ALL THE UAF AT FULL HEALTH AND FULLY CHARGED SKILLS. When one of these die a Hologram of Wesson is created up to a maximum of 7 Wesson holograms.

My best guess is that he buffs all allied UAF heroes and debuffs all enemy UAF heroes

That would be an interestingly specific ability.

Attention Spoiler, Platinum Skill: As long Colonel Wesson is alive, other UAF heroes get no damage.

Source? We need a source.

That seems a bit stupidly overpowered. This would make panzer look really really weak and everyone else in the game including dogface
