Are Nightingale and Prophet’s lightning rifles Tesla rifles(arc rifles,electric rifles)?

when clicking on the weapon for Prophet, it says its a Revenant Lightning Rifle

for Nightingale, its says Nimbus Lightning Rifle

both being lightning. both being snipers. both being rifles
