Well. She is a Breacher after all. 
Panzer sure is dangerous, for a few seconds. You have literally 2 seconds + one full magazines to act. If you screw up on the Breach & Clear somehow, like some AI already harming the target you have to rely on your magazine. When it’s emptied Panzer will enter phase 2 where she becomes a slow, not very well-armored girl with a silly helmet on. I mean it takes her 10+ seconds to fully reload. Those shoot-duck-shoot-duck attacks on empty magazine ain’t very dangerous. Her Silver skill is meh. Her Bronze if it doesn’t hit an undamaged enemy is mediocre.
Sure it’s frustratingly to lose an ally but every characters kills in their own way, the way of the Panzer is straight away. I’ll take that over Fortress wiping all my remaining heroes in a big electrical short-circuit. But that’s his way of doing the killing.
Is Breach & Clear dodgeable? Can you start the match controlling your Energy weakling with a roll? If not then that’s my suggestion to make her less frustrating; give the enemy the chance to dodge it.
No as I’ve said many times in this thread, its undodgeable.
Her reload is only a positive, its silly to spin it any other way. I would switch all my heroes to her reload system if it was possible. Yes shooting empty isn’t “dangerous” but neither is a shotgunner spending 3 seconds in cover reloading (and vulnerable to interruptions) for every 3 seconds they are shooting. Her high mag and flexible reload let you choose between low consistent damage or periodic high burst damage.
She’s broken OP plain and simple, its only a matter of whether HHG has the decency to make her more reasonable before they finish selling Panzer crates.

I just wanna repeat that a 4* silver oneshotting a 8* gold shouldnt be a thing.
And no, you can’t dodge her Breach and Clear. But you can counter Fortress’ Recharge by staggering him.
She can reach Dogfaces damage although beeing lower in stars. How is that not op?
Ever played against Panzer, Hideo and Caine? You can´t even reload, because all you do is stagger. I don´t have her, so I don´t know how fast her Silver reloads, but it seems to be about 15 seconds. Same with Hideo. All your skills are canceld, no chance to reload and if you attack and are unlucky, you stagger again because of Caine. Not even a chance. Combined with Mandrake and Nightingale. Thats a team you can only beat, if you play the same team.
Even if you get lucky and get hit by another opponent, so you don´t get hit b the bonus damage. She still has her Platinum. I don´t know how it moves on, but it has the same damage boost as dogface bronze on level 1. For 30!!! seconds. That is half of a normal PvP match. Combined with a 20 round automatic gun!! If the instant attack of her bronze doesn´t kill you, she will melt you with normal shots.
Did she got a nerf? Her bronze doesn’t hit the whole field anymore?

No just one hero, but she hits him instantly and without a chance to block.
I think it hits in a “small area” but definitely not the whole field. Her Silver does though!
Her bronze has area of effect, so she can hit multiple enemies if they are close (this is especially problematic on Atrium, where both snipers will start on the same cover, easy for her to hit both, so she can make a battle a 3vs5 in seconds if enemy has two weak back-line energy heroes)
The one that can hit the whole battlefield is her silver, which barely does damage, but helps with interrupting skills and reloads.
Miss Read the first skill, after reading her silver I thought both were for the whole field, dyslexia at it again 
Its funny how many high power people think Panzer is balanced because they are at 70k and barely see any at that power - even the #1 player in the last Tournament used a bronze Panzer to smurf at 30k.
But as people farm her from the raid and realize how broken she is (and how good her plat is), the problem is going to get exponentially worse. I had multiple people tell me that there’s no way Panzer could 1-shot their Plat 8* Oracle, so we dueled and shocker her abilities scale up just fine and will one-shot any energy backliner no matter how high you go.
Sorry, I just had to chime in on the All-Powerful Panzer memes… Please tell me there are some ex Yu-Gi-Oh! fans in here, lol!

This explain why they needed to nerf Gammond’s AOE a few weeks ago. Haha it’s to make Panzer’s AOE more unique haha
