We’re all pretty helpful around here can you be specific what you’re referring to?

It helps to specify. Like heroes for PVP? Bounty? Solo missions (normal, hard, extreme)

Also helps what level you are as well as the heroes you currently have and their levels.

We can narrow it down with more info

If you’re a new player, it’s pretty simple how to have great heroes:
Focus on getting fragments and getting stars. I wish I knew about this when I was new, the more stars they have, they more powerful they are and it is the best way to increase your power ranking.
If you’re new, you probably won’t have to worry about which hero you’ll get cause there’s a very low chance of getting them in your first 10 crates. Focus on stars, also save your gold for hero crates, and you’ll find a loadout that works well sooner or later.
