Does heal blocking block passive heals? (e.g. Mandrake)

Does it block only active targeted heals? What about mass group heals or passive ones?

Yea I’ve always been confused on the heap block. Used Wesson’s death mark yet the enemy still gets healed

I wonder if it blocks heals if the heal is from a revive like Valkyrie’s heal revive and Gammond’s Last Stand.

Heal Block cuts healing by a huge amount, but not 100%. It’s a little confusing, the way it’s named. You can still be healed, just not much.

“Heal block” blocks 95% of any healing given.
