Also no, stygia is not fine, she is very unbalanced, I like the idea they had, but they gave her to many abilities, she shouldn’t be able to do everything, takes away the the purpose of using other heros,
I may have missed it but do you have Stygia? What level is she if you do? What level teams are you running against Stygia? 95+ or lower? Ruby, green, or where in between? Did you consider changing team comps? Did you consider building heroes to make good teams or swapping heroes to make good teams or talk to someone in your pack that succeeds in pvp against her?
I don’t run ruby Stygia but when i get mismatched to one sometimes I win. When it comes to platinum I do my share of winning well and losing of course, especially since pvp is so mismatched, so i don’t really understand your reasoning. If you explained a little more details other than a generic drape over Stygia to be nerfed, you might have a position to make a valid point, which I don’t see, even if you did have the details.
The reason is, It still comes down to the inherent mismatching of pvp and with stygia vs your team comps I wonder what levels you’re running to get those mismatches if you are. But if you’re not…
My friend is lower power and runs low stygia teams and wins. And can beat stygia teams at their level. Not always and not a lot after losing key heroes in the process of losing to compete and that’s anyone but Stygia is not op. She’s good, but you also have to know what you’re doing.
That doesn’t mean you don’t know how to play well, but pvp is tricky and team comps can be tricky and as you rise in levels grades and power, well the aspects change and you can’t go back. You know that power and health is limited for Stygia in any arrangement you will face so you have to work what you have to beat her.
So calling for a Stygia nerf means you don’t quite fully understand all of this or didn’t consider all of this as we have had Stygia a long time now are still waiting for the improvements that our astral heroes also are still in need of since they were rolled out without a means to build.
This is why Stygia doesn’t need a nerf rather we need more of her void frags to let her sustain and compete with other maxed heroes at higher levels who kill her, especially stronger Stygias as well because she’s always the weakest hero in any team we have and will face my friend. This is why she’s beatable and Stygia needs this buff along with kier and all the others for all players.
So you think she needs to be more powerful? Currently she needs to at least be killable, a delay on that sheild would be nice, and a delay in the stun, better yet turn the stun into a silence, she needs to at least be counterable, not only just by another one of her, think about the lower level player too, where without ruby abilities, she kills an entire team on her own, there’s more too it than just her in campaign and being sandbagger in pvp, but her in general, she unbalanced, she should not be able to do so many things, we need balance, either nerfing or completely! Revamping her, she is a problem right now and needs to be fixed, heros like the new one will help balance things out, especially with that early stun,

By the look of the hero roster, you don’t have Stygia. You should look at guides folks have posted if you are struggling to take her down. It also helps to level up heroes you have to make them stronger.

Hero: Panzer
Edit: the gold ability will do the following; When panzer fires a shot, she reduces the spread of her fire by 20% and increases her damage by 5% and critical bonus by (crit bonus),
Charges deplete after the hero begins a reload or stops firing for 2.5 seconds,
Edit2: whenever she his 3 or more enemies with her silver spray; she gains a sheild absorbing (sheild health) for each enemy hit,
Bronze; whenever a enemy is damaged from max health by it; she gains unlimited ammo for 5-15 seconds(upgradable), when effect end hero has ammo depleted but gains a 50% faster reload
Kinda hard to on different levels, not to mention the idea of needing specific teams, just to beat her!
Yes stygia needs a buff and there’s 2 points.
- Stygia and Keir need to be more powerful in the means to build up because we know their element type requires it. “Each element has an element it is strong against”
You understand For Stygia this would be an opposing void element so than who better than another Stygia for a Stygia.
Did you know that this was the way void was created before Stygia existed? This was planned.
So because their void element type is unavailable and it’s hard to counter and damage a stronger Stygia when your Stygia gets matched this way, this is why we need more void frags to compete to make her stronger. Her element requires this.
This isn’t subjective or an opinion, this is how her element works specifically in this way. You never mentioned that. So if you want to counter Stygia then you’d need buff to another of the same element because that’s how it works so a void hero like keir. But with so little void heroes is Keir a good solution? Look at his role? He’s setup for an entourage of void heroes to join, with other abilities.
Astral heroes will not damage Stygia nor Keir as much as void heroes. You never mentioned that as a reason as you stated she needs a nerf. If there was a valid point to make she’s OP that was it. But this actually calls for a buff to the astral element to void which defeats the purpose of what astral elements do to each other which is parallel damage. So it kinda nullifies that valid point. Because just like void that’s how Astral works.
So You have to have the void frag means to compete in these matchups and right now we can’t when you use a limited Stygia and now have to fight a better one.
The best solution is to make her stronger to compete.nerfing is out of the question.

- If you don’t use Stygia then her getting a buff will not apply to you anyways because you still
have to use other heroes you haven’t tried or have leveled/ balanced correctly to whatever
you use to compete against a Stygia you do match against. You have 5 combos and 100
heroes to choose from each at varying levels that you will have to compose changes for
success, whatever that means for you for whatever, levels you use, but you have a lot of
options.
This means there’s still no reason to nerf Stygia she doesn’t need it.

I understand there are people on both side about both nerf and buff, but honestly, I would rather have a medium of a full revamp, that way everyone gets something, also maybe a refund if they do, but let’s be honest, they probably won’t ever nerf her and she’s going to continue to be abused to bell in pvp, I really hope something is done at least, bc that sheild is a good idea, so is the quarmine, but when you compare the quarmine to similar abilities like mavens splash or phoenix and other heros sheilds, it just seems a little unnecessary, honestly just change the stun to a silence if they are gonna do anything, it’s so spammy, anyways, thanks for contributing your thoughts! Just had an idea for stygia!
What if, hear me out, the sheild has 1/10 the original health, additionally, if the sheild is destroyed, it instantly gain the ability to regen, if it is not destroyed, it has a 10 sec cooldown, that way she is still tough as nails in extreme and also beatable in pvp! Also just change the stun to a silence and you have a much more balanced hero! What do y’all think?
Basics; sheild has 1/10 original health, if it’s destroyed it has no cooldown, if it isn’t destroyed it has a 10 sec cooldown, stun = silence instead, nothing else changes,
