There are currently 18 heroes that have no better than a common skin. It would be great to see these heroes get a little love, at least a rare skin, or even a legendary skin, maybe even go mythic. I assume the new guy Dagon will get something soon enough, but what about the older (basically forgotten heroes) Lets get them back into the game. The easy way would be a new skin and buff their stats. to make it easy for you, here is the list of heroes with only common skins.
