Idea - Convert higher level cannisters into lower

I don’t know about anyone else but I seem to have an abundance of higher level cannisters fragments (plat and gold) but seem to struggle with amount of bronze and silver due to the amount needed.

These play a big part in leveling up characters and I think it would be really worthwhile if we could convert items into lower levels. So for example convert a gold cannister fragments into two or three silver fragments. Any thoughts on this.
