We now have a new, easier way to contact our player support heroes and check your ticket replies. 
To contact support from our website, simply click here. The replies will automatically land in your email inbox. 
To contact support from in-game, please:
Tap on your profile portrait in the top left corner of the screen
Then tap on the Support tab
Finally, tap on Contact Us
IF you have no past tickets then you will directly be taken to the “write a ticket” screen. IF you had past tickets you’ll be taken to “My Tickets” overview. From there you’ll be able to check old tickets and submit new ones.
