I open crates and it said i got Odachi but it gave me keel fragments. I want my missing fragments.

Thats the problem, i caught HHg multiple times on their flaws and scam offers (like the hardscope one) and i had proof of help desk straight out lieing about stuff so they blocked me on there, lmao
