I understand the delay for this month but something I won’t be able to accept will be an apology next month for another delay or if the updates are only obtainable thru paying more money or using gold.
What makes you think we would have to pay for an update?

Bro I didnot ask you anything… Why do you answer to everyone’s question and why do you get upset when a player asks something… I think you are a player like me… Why are you getting iritated for something that doesnot concern you… I am asking it to the community and not to you…If you are not interested in the topic I am talking just leave it… Why are you intervening in my issues unnecessarily…For the final time that’s not a question asked to you…
I suggest learning what a public forum is. If you’re asking a question, anybody can answer it. Even if you address it to someone else, anybody can answer that question. It doesn’t change what a public forum is.
With that being said, players continue to ask questions about a timeline for the update and/or events. DECA doesn’t know when the update will be released and can’t give a timeline because of that. There’s no need to ask them to repeat themselves over and over again. Their last response to the community was only 3 days ago. Nothing has changed since then.

They have already told you the answer. No need to keep repeating and rephrasing the same question over and over.
The update will be out when its ready. No need to keep asking. Im sure they will update as and when.

A little bit of news from our side:
- Update and events are still delayed due to the technical issues (transition and everything)
- We are already thinking on somewhat a gift for you to cover the delayed time.
I will make an official post once I have any concrete info for you (when gift/when update/what/why/choose the right variant)
if you still ask for updates after reading this, then idk what to tell you. they made this post few days ago

Hi everyone, im new to forum commenting so this’ll be my first, the way i see how things are going, this delayed update is a time to reflect and challenge yourself with what you can achieve in game, set milestones for yourself, work on lower powered heroes, horde up on gems like pvp amd heronium. Im being patient with the update. The devs aren’t keeping us waiting for nothing, we enjoy the game coz of the hard work and long hours spent to get the game stable and entertaining. I bet we’ll all be surprised and excited when we finally get to see what’s in the new update. it’s said good things come to those who wait, but I’ve learned in life the every form of a setback we endure has a positive outcome.

The reason why people asking same questions again & again is, lack of communication from devs’ side & you can’t expect common sense from a gaming community.
So I don’t know the reason behind getting irritated over someone’s repeated question because, it is obvious & it’ll continue, also it is not common in hh only, it is common almost everywhere so, stop getting irritated & just learn to ignore.
Devs’ mistakes so far, first they gave a notice to back up your account but only in forums/discord but not in game inbox/the red board which is on the top of the vip & global chat.
2nd, how they are managing the forums.
Maybe they are busy with more important stuffs in game which is obvious.
But people who are asking repeated questions are equally annoying the people responding to them, imo.

So my statement stating that folks replying to remarks here probably weren’t the ones writing the code was considered offensive. — to the flagger, please elaborate.
