This is just the way it is; the silver can’t be boosted, (unless an ability like oracles is active) only the bronze ability can be charged by attacking
But verill takes 10s and bucket takes18s i already tested
Yes there are reasons for that, not everything is the same, for instance kurtz execute take 30 seconds,
