[New Update] [Serial's bronze skill]

Hi all,

As i remembered, before the new update, Fiber hack skill can not effect to Serial bronze skill, because i think serial’s skill is something difference from a shield.

But now Serial be affected by Fiber’s skill, i hope this is a bug and will be fix soon, if it is a new update, it s really not fair

It has always effected his skill, his bronze is a shield despite some people saying it is not.

She has been able to do this since Day 1
