Luiciana is a good hero, just needs something unique for her plat, bc that honestly does nothing, maybe something cool like making herself gain 50% faster, uh, everything, when she uses the haste ability, reload speed, movement, firerate, that would be cool, almost like a adrenaline boost or somethin, then she would be much more useful,
Her bronze skill grants faster faster everything. I think it’s a 25% boost on everything except cooldown i think

Of all the game-play related things we need improved from an update to fix and improve so many different aspects and segments of the game how does entertaining a bad idea of nerfing just 1 hero, rise above a review of all 100 heroes that need buffed and improvements.
I don’t understand why that is being entertained when the updates have yet to become a routine expectation for us when these things can actually be addressed properly and released with updates accordingly. We need game-play fixes for
Bounty: The summons are poor to player power ratio or alliance power ratio, however it is queued up is way out of proportion and has been poorly managed by and since hhg. We are stuck.
When a new hero is released and most of the alliance does not have the hero and the bounties stack up on the board we have no way to remove worthless bounties to summon bounties we can do. We are stuck.
For most upper level alliances we have to have ruby heroes to defeat ruby bounties but the rewards do not contain any ruby gear that we need to do more ruby bounties with a new faction the next month with new heroes that will require ruby level heroes to defeat them. We are stuck.
The heroes are not all useful. Most are painfully low damage to use with mediocre sorry heroes to the exceptional heroes that do well when not bonused. There’s not many. We are stuck with the same ones,
Before factions existed we used to have 2 bonused heroes each bounty event. The heroes then we’re still not good but the highest level was gold. Then platinum then ruby. The grades and power have gone up but none of the heroes except for carabina who was chosen by popular vote as the worst hero to be fixed. Nothing ever got addressed for the contenders that make up the majority of the balance of heroes. They are still useless and we still have them to skip and not use on ruby level now unless they are bonused- even then it’s a toss up over a better ordinary hero. We’re stuck.
Co-Ops: The rewards do not include Ruby gear it takes to defeat higher levels. Could the levels be increased. That’s debatable but the rewards pretty much isn’t because some ruby is not available. We’re stuck with this.
When doing coops we still have the issue of losing the selected character in position 1 you chose to play to now being and playing another random hero on your team you didn’t select to run as. It’s been like this annoying since it broke and was never fixed. We’re stuck with this.

PvP Brawls-
used to be equalized preset teams of gold platinum and silver. I missed this game play because it didn’t allow min maxing or sandbagging or any other means other than an equalized 5vs5. 6* gold level teams, 8* platinum teams, etc. since they removed the equalized teams saying someone needs a nerf is kinda out of context unless the the teams are in an equavalent match of random heroes. We have been entertaining bad ideas here to the contrary of nerfs and that is not hopeful for real positive game play solutions when other 100 heroes could be more focused on for improvements.
PvP Faction brawls-
the 3 man queue is really unbalanced. Sometimes my plat team faces ruby teams and the min maxing and sand bagging is quite unfair to allow for needed brawl rewards. The power ratio maybe only 3k difference but the difference is facing a 4 bar platinum team to mine that has none but that’s how my characters are in that specific faction. I’d rather have a bot that’s equal than a player who’s team is not. We’re stuck with this.
PvP queue in general-.
The queue take a long time to load searching for players. Too long. Can you reduce the timeout by 1/3 of what it is just spinning and spinning and spinning when no one is on and just make an ai team available to do daily raids at least. I don’t care for a real live player that’s minmaxed and sand bagging or using another form of cheating. I just want to play simply without the delay real person or not. We’re stuck with this.
If some people prefer real players put them in a real player queue. Sometimes I do prefer this.
Make a separate queue for ai so the senseless spinning stops and I can continue with PvP.
Solo Raids- We could use solo Raids for needed gear and new skins. It’s a great activity to have in between updates that can yield needed rewards and keeps the game from being so redundant in between delays in updates.
Skin crates- we have way too many skin crates that are essentially useless to high level players. I have skins I don’t have and I have crates of skins I have or don’t want or don’t need. Still I have skins for heroes that are unavailable yet I have a vault skin crate with rare ones. I have a skin crate with common ones you can level to 6 levels even. But the rest of the one time skins that were available through tokens one time in the past are no where to be seen,
Is there a way we will have tokens for these crates again in another skin crate event like they had a little more than once a year. For the others can you make them available in between updates.
The stores:
All the stores could use skins and ruby gear. I think all the stores need 4-6 slot box expansions-all rotatable for the needed skins and ruby gears.
Crates we have way too many duplicated heroes in crates outside of the actual hero crate. The hero crate still does not contain all the heroes in the game to acquire like it used to. Not all of the star crates have all the star heroes contained within them and specifically not all heroes are available at all. (Serial comes to mind) We are still stuck with this.
Most Wanted crates doesn’t really have the most wanted items with so many common heroes duplicated. The gear is in portions instead of actual gear. If you get a new hero, it becomes worth it, if you don’t you get something you could get by playing the game anyways. The heroes need to be removed and the rewards need to be robust to really call it the Most Wanted crate and live up to its name until specialty crates come with a new update.
The Guilded crate used to be a specialty crate. With so many duplicate heroes, general terraventa duplicate heroes and a free token for a few more terraventa heroes is just over exaggerated nonsimplification of ordinary hero acquisition, some if not all are copies anyways.
The guilded crate could be robust as a specialty crate for specialty event skins for example in addition to other good rewards and if you remove the duplicates as a reward.
I’d like to see an element crate specific to include every hero of that element. So no hero is impossible to acquire like it currently is. Which is evident in PvP. This would also include all terraventa heroes so there’s other avenues.
Missions I think a lot of blank missions could carry the ruby gear we need. Currently some of this gear is in one mission only for mk5 and for other Ruby gear there are no missions to acquire such gear we need. As expensive as the extreme missions are each one should have something useful besides green xp.
Ruby Skills
You realize that there’s 4 Ruby level skills, 3 hero positions and 3 hero elements, skip void and astral elements for the moment since they cancel each other.
Volt is energy with a tactician skill. There are other heroes with long winds like Atrix, prophet and Artemis that have another skill , supported, that doesn’t improve their cooldown. This is why they are good and their ruby skill to me doesn’t make use of their abilities.
Tanked up serves breaksbcover /arms . Doing damage increases damage /skill charge, supported arms/ dodge.
Originally, We had these 3 different ruby skills that clearly could apply to just the front line heroes. Then you have midline usually less health higher damage and then you have rear healers and damagers. In general for key characters in the 100 heroes.
Factor in each element with heroes that have high damage mech and energy bursts shots, heroes that poison and heroes that shock high damage as well.
Now factor in the ones that don’t.
With so many varied heroes and elements to what they do, including void and astral now, I think some heroes need their ruby skills more tailored to them.
With each element and line position and each heroes skill set respectively, I think we could clearly use more ruby skills for specific heroes ability such as burst damage lingering effects or shocks and continued shocks. We have a lot of varied heroes and I think we really could use more specific ruby skills than a blanket of doing damage even to ones that don’t, or supported for heroes that do good damage but would be better with the doing damage skill such as a dogface or gun smoke, or even tactician where their long cooldowns improve.
Maybe even new ruby skills created for the heroes that lie in between or in combo of these in a new way such as a tanked up version that has nothing to do with cover breaking for a mid or rear line hero that needs armor or a ruby shield and does gets a damage bonus. Such as a weak strong damage hero.
Or how about giving us the option to affix what ruby skill to which hero we want for bounty and then for PvP.
These are just but a few ideas we need to see improvements on before we actually entertain the Bad ideas of nerfs to heroes before we start talking buffs to other heroes and totally miss the mark and get off track with these things in front of actual game play improvements in the updates most of us have been waiting for a long time to come.

Edit: I meant refrain from replying before others can add, remove, rebuke or give other options or things to consider like high end extreme mode characters like Moss. Phalanx or chesterfield. Would anyone ruby these heroes for extreme 1-1 thru 10 -4? Some do have them Ruby but are they even viable at Ruby for any Extreme modes? Let’s assume they are, are there 70 others that aren’t? I’m sure there’s a handful of players that know, but for regular players the road to get there currently is pretty extreme. No one’s going to forego a staple hero they need ruby with all that effort for anything less for extreme modes. A buff to all heroes would change that. A viable way to ruby all heroes would change that.

also they are indeed looking into stygia, many people have been agreeing lately that pvp isn’t exactly the best lately, but whatevs, she gets nerfed she gets nerfed, she stays the same, she stays the same, whatever happens, I’m just glad they are listening,
To be honest, all ruby abilities need a revamp, some heros gain more armor, while dmg hero like bolt gain next to nothing,

Many people don’t have this hero… And also not available in any crates
