Even if I am a fan of the game (less and less) I must admit that I am very disappointed of how you want us to swallow this one. And oh boy Muninn your way of answering at best it’s rude or mean, don’t forget you’re talking to your own players.

who bank their work so it is not a client so I really hope that will encourage us to spend on the game? shanks nape used it except at the time of his event and to do patrols because it’s no good I’m vip 13 more for me after such a treatment I think I’ll stop here because I know how much work to have my money every month

History repeats itself. Wasn’t there an apology for doing this with Bucket back in February? When all kinds of alliances couldn’t move on bounties unless the 2 or 3 people in the alliance were on and had to clear the special bounties. Then when the members with Bucket were out of stamina they were MADE to use reset stamina, therefore possibly adding to the money they had spent to get her? Shouldn’t we have learned from our mistakes instead of repeating them?
It was a huge fiasco then and seems to be a snowball that is seriously moving downhill right now. Hopefully there is something planned they haven’t told us about right before the first bounty for us to get the hero. If not October is gonna be a long one.

I am just curious what drove the change? Company dying? Not enough funds to keep the lights on?
Or was it just to test the base and see where the limits are?
At least provide us with an understanding of the rationale… that’s the least that can be done even if the decision will not be reversed and has been set in stone.

Will we have a booster chest with shivs frags guaranteed at EVERY tier before bounty next week? Bounty will be a train wreck without a fair/reliable way to get shivs other then spending 12k gold.

I appreciate your transparency and honesty. Thank you for letting us know what’s not happening so we can plan accordingly. The calendar isn’t out yet so hopefully the second bounty can start when we get shivs in 21 days. Also, I know we haven’t had the crate that guarantees new hero frags in a while, releasing one for shivs would be very helpful. I bought tier 4 of the shivs crate and was very disappointed to not get a single 5 star hero. And I know these crates used to have great value with the fourth tier free like the hard scope crate. I even praised you all for coming up with such a great tiered crate since people prefer getting the 2700 gold 10x hero crates instead of this current shivs crate. Thanks again for reading our concerns.

I was checking forum since I left the game, specially since new hero spotlight (Shivs), I thought something good may happen and hopefully it can interest me enough to play this game again, well it didn’t happen and after reading this topic, I have no regrets that I left the game. No rubbing salt or anything, Just a user that used to played this game consistently for 450+ day’s and now don’t caring about it at all.

I love the game, and I am also fairly new, starting to work up into plat. Part of the reason that I started playing was that this game (unlike many others) was possible to achieve top ranks in without spending Copeous amounts of irl money. I would hate to see this game lose this feature. Idk if I will be able to unlock this hero. Please make some changes in some way, so that this game doesn’t become P2W like so many others…

Is everyone seriously complaining that it isn’t 100% free? You’ll end up with the hero anyhow. You pay to have your lineup updated early, you wait to obtain the new hero’s/skins for free. Quite humorous honestly. This isn’t the welfare system, it’s a career for these people. If you want free games, play free games. If you want to keep up completely, spend some money. Always remember, money is a representation of your time sacrificed. You’re trading the shortening of your life for theirs, to be entertained. Respect that.

Nothing to do about complaining about not getting the hero. It’s the fact that the ENTIRE time this game has been out coop heros were 3* hero’s not 5*s. It’s clearly a cash grab

Exactly. If the featured hero is not required for all the major events such as Alliance Wars, Bounties and PvP; the community could care less. The fact that the hero of the month is so critical for all 3 major events makes it a necessity for any serious gamer on here. By making the hero of the month a 5 star, they’re basically telling all of us ‘hey, if you want to participate in AW, Bounties or PvP this month, pony up’.

I’m not complaining. I’d not be complaining if they added 5 frags or so for the 300 gold shivs chest, the 1500 gold add 20 frags. And on the 3000 gold one add 45 frags. That’d add 140 frags in the first 6 tiers(25 short of an unlock) then 7th tier would be no frag since shes auto earn on the tier.

Guys, this is the first 5* to be made available to everyone without a need for a crate or a grind through Hard Mode. She is literally the first 5* to be able to be farmed through co-ops…

It isn’t even about being broke. I have no problem spending money but every chance type crate they have released I have been robbed and never got the hero. And the gilded crate is even worse. I must of spent 25+ gilded coins and nothing.

I also have really bad crate luck.
Out of 22 chances @ 4%, you have like a 60% chance of getting the hero at least once.
Sure it feels bad and Im a little upset I dont have the hero but no one is dying here. Just grow the F up.
Bounties suck anyways, theres so many Peoples Guard you wont need her to do good in all the other events.

I’ve always tried to be positive in the forums, however this is the only game I’ve ever played for well over a year and spent quite a bit of money on it as well. But with the current changes going on it feels like the dev’s are basically pushing me away from the game I once loved so much. I mean come on, not even a booster crate with guaranteed frags? Something to help make it easier to obtain her in a decent period of time. I’ve spent well over 2000k in gold and still got nothing.
