I just want to let you guys know that the people that make the Heroes and the people that fix bugs are two different groups of people. The people that make the Heroes in no way could fix bugs and if they tried would only make it worse. So while the Engineers work on fixing bugs and stuff like that, the people that make Heroes will still be doing their jobs.
It does suck that there are a few issues lately, and while I don’t want to take the easy way out and blame it on the global pandemic, it is definitely not as easy to work from home and to have the moment to moment communication with each other that we used to
The issues that there are with lag will always happen and there isn’t a whole lot we can do about it. We already ramp up the servers we have to compensate for the influx of people that want to get into the war right away.
Time slots would help the ease on servers
Absolutely, they would. Unfortunately, we’ve discussed that possibility several times, and there are too many negatives to have that argument again.

I honestly don’t see the forums dying of toxicity. Yes, the forum isn’t very active and sometimes you get the bad apples but that gets sorted out fast.
I have seen many games come and go and this game and the community are far from dying.
New heroes are good. Both can be done by the different departments. All you have to do is be patient while the issues are addressed
I agree, there will always be at least one things that people feel is out of place / wrong. Patience is very important, especially with people working from home still.
Yeah, it’s called Marianas. She literally damages rollers and peeps out of cover. She can pull people out of invisibility, too!
And to converse alongside you, peeps can just use Rooters to prevent rollers from taking off.
Just wanted to say here that im glad i’ve been able to create a post where everyone could answer all our answers, i think its safe to say we now see what’s going on back there and we have more understanding about what’s going on lately
If you send a 100k power team in pvp to fight and fails to find a matching opponent in terms of power, then use a bot to basically copy your team’s stats and power. Meaning you’re just fighting yourselves lol.
Seriously i’m questioning your staff’s competency here.
