As far as I know, we already have this as a mission from the 1st bounty. I’m just wondering why it’s still here.

I didn’t have Jarek in the previous bounty. So i couldn’t get those portraits before.

Very fair argument. I don’t see this as an issue personally, and for those who couldn’t earn the emblems the first time it’s a good, generous second chance.
I mean normally we don’t get any rewards at all the first run and get the emblems the second round. It’s not like we’re missing out on something.
